Once the transfer has been arranged on our system a confirmation email regarding the transfer will be sent out to the person making the transfer, we aim to process this instantly. As the receiver you simply wait for the money to arrive in your bank. The email notification will have an individual transfer tracking number and in the unlikely event of a delay then use this number when you contact customer services, and they will be able to help you as soon as possible.
