In order to ensure the safety and security of all our customers we need to verify your identity. As a Financially Regulated Company we are also under an obligation to follow a standard KYC process that is known as the “Know Your Customer” regulations. These regulations require that we understand who customers are, as well as understand who they are sending money to and why.

Delivery times will vary, and this will depend largely on the payout options which are available in the destination country as well as the amount that is being sent. We expect that the large majority of our transfers will arrive instantly, but for some bank accounts they may take up to three business days to arrive.

As part of our security measures we will ask all of our customers to provide some form of photo ID as well as a photo of themselves. We may also need to ask for some form of a proof of address. This is in order to ensure that you are a resident in the country which you are sending money from.

It is really easy to register and get started. In order to register for an account we will ask you to provide some personal information including your email address and full name. You will then create a username and password which you will be required to enter each time you log in to your account.

Your money is in safe hands with us. All our payment processing methods meet all of the industry compliance standards which means that your payment card details will be protected at all times. Our system also uses high-grade SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption as well as firewalls to ensure that your financial information is transmitted securely.

Sending money to someone abroad with us is easy. Once you have created an account you will then be able to select the destination country where you recipient needs to receive the funds. You then enter the amount that you wish to send, or the amount that you wish the recipient to receive. Then you enter the bank details of the person that you wish to send the money to and the transfer will be arranged.

When you provide the bank account details of the person that you wish to send the money to then we will arrange for the money to be sent directly into their bank. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the payment to clear, depending on the bank account that it is being sent to but both you and the recipient will be able to track the progress of the transfer throughout its journey.
